Fall 2015 Class Schedule

The following is the Titan Fitness & Martial Arts schedule of classes for Fall 2015.  Classes start the week of August 24, 2015 (unless otherwise noted).  We continue to offer UNLIMITED classes for only $75/month (includes club memberships and unlimited tanning at Lionheart and the North Club).

Mixed Martial Arts/Thai Kickboxing
All Levels:  Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Women’s Kickboxing
All Levels:  Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Monday & Wednesday 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Thursday 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Boxing I & II
Monday & Wednesday 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM,  Friday 7 PM to 8 PM

Krav Maga
Tuesday  7:30 PM to 9:00 PM,  Friday 5 PM to 6:30 PM

Youth Martial Arts
Monday & Wednesday 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

 

Fall 2015 Free Lesson Schedule

Titan Fitness & Martial Arts offers free lessons as a way for new students to try out a class prior to making a commitment to taking the class.  The following is the free lesson schedule for the summer semester.

Mixed Martial Arts/Thai Kickboxing:  Tuesdays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Women’s Kickboxing:  Tuesdays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:  Mondays and Wednesdays  6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Boxing:  Mondays and Wednesdays  7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Krav Maga:  Tuesdays 7:30-9 PM

Youth Martial Arts:  Mondays 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

 

Free lessons start the week of August 24, 2015.  All free lessons are by appointment and can be scheduled by calling us at 814/235-1015 or by emailing us at info@titanfitness.com.
