Fall 2015 Titan Krav Maga Class

Krav Maga


Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for military in Israel and Hungary that consists of a wide combination of techniques sourced from boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Judo, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and grappling, along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and extremely efficient and aggressive counter-attacks.  Not only is an effective form of self-defense but a great workout and an alternative to conventional exercise programs.  We are proud to be the only martial arts facility in the region to offer this incredible martial art.

Classes meet Tuesday 7:30 – 9 pm and Friday 5 to 6:30 pm

Membership includes:

- UNLIMITED classes including our other programs (MMA/Thai Boxing, Women’s Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Boxing),

- Gym Membership at Lionheart Fitness

- Unlimited Tanning at Lionheart Fitness
