Fall 2015 Free Lesson Schedule

Titan Fitness & Martial Arts offers free lessons as a way for new students to try out a class prior to making a commitment to taking the class.  The following is the free lesson schedule for the summer semester.

Mixed Martial Arts/Thai Kickboxing:  Tuesdays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Women’s Kickboxing:  Tuesdays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:  Mondays and Wednesdays  6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Boxing:  Mondays and Wednesdays  7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Krav Maga:  Tuesdays 7:30-9 PM

Youth Martial Arts:  Mondays 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

 

Free lessons start the week of August 24, 2015.  All free lessons are by appointment and can be scheduled by calling us at 814/235-1015 or by emailing us at info@titanfitness.com.

Fall 2015 Titan MMA/Thai Boxing Class

MMA / Thai Boxing

Saltsman Kickboxing

Train in the fastest growing martial art.  This co-ed program combines the skills of boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, and grappling into a comprehensive form of self-defense.  Not only is an effective form of self-defense but a great workout and an alternative to conventional exercise programs.

Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday 6 to 7:30 pm

Membership includes:

- UNLIMITED classes including our other programs (Thai Boxing, Women’s Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Krav Maga),

- Gym Membership at Lionheart Fitness

- Unlimited Tanning at Lionheart Fitness

Fall 2015 Titan Women’s Kickboxing Class

Women’s Kickboxing

Kristen Kickboxing

Train in the art and sport of Muay Thai Kickboxing.  Muay Thai is one of the most effective forms of self-defense and includes skill training in punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.  Not only is an effective form of self-defense but a great workout and an alternative to conventional exercise programs.

Spring 2011 Free Lesson Schedule

Titan is pleased to announce our free lesson schedule for the upcoming semester of classes.  These sessions are made available for prospective new students as a way to try out a class before making a commitment to the program.  We offer free lessons in all classes.  The following includes the class, day, times, and start dates of each program’s free lessons.

Mixed Martial Arts/Combat Submission Wrestling:  Monday and Wednesday 7 pm – 8 pm (Start date:  Wednesday, January 12)
Women’s Kickboxing:  Tuesdays 6 pm – 7 pm (Start date:  Tuesday, January 11)

Welcome Back Penn State Students!

All of us at Titan Fitness & Martial Arts would like to welcome back all Penn State students for the Fall 2010 semester.  We are looking forward to a great year here of martial arts and boxing instruction.  As Central Pennsylvania’s premier martial arts and fitness facility, we offer classes in mixed martial arts, Thai boxing, women’s kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and boxing.  Memberships also include full use of the most state-of-the-art fitness facilities in the area.  If you are interested in getting involved in any of our programs, we welcome you to call us at 814/235-1015 or email us at info@titanfitness.com to schedule your free lesson as a way to try out the program.  The start date for most of our new classes will occur during the week of August 30, 2010.  Consult our schedule to see when the class of your choice is meeting.  We look forward to having you as a part of Titan Fitness & Martial Arts.

Fall 2010 Class Scheduled Released

We have just released our Fall 2010 class schedule, our most ambitious schedule to date.  We are offering our standard classes in mixed martial arts, women’s kickboxing, and boxing.  We will continue to teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes as well as we have since last March.  The Thai boxing classes will include a beginners class to along with our advanced class for those students who want to specialize in the stand up kickboxing style.  Youth martial arts classes are also going to be offered.   For more details, check out the link listed below.  It includes start dates and times for all the classes.  For beginners to martial arts, contact us at 814/235-1015 or info@titanfitness.com to inquire about classes and to schedule your FREE lesson.  It’s going to be a great fall.  Join us for a great ride!

Thai Boxing II Schedule Change
