Fall 2015 Titan Boxing Class

Learn the art and sport of boxing.  Not only is an effective form of self-defense but a great source of fitness and an alternative to conventional exercise programs.  Classes are available for both men and women.

Classes meet Monday and Wednesday 7:30 to 8:30 pm and Friday 7:00 – 8:00 pm

Membership includes:

- UNLIMITED classes including our other programs (MMA/Thai Boxing, Women’s Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Krav Maga),

- Gym Membership at Lionheart Fitness

- Unlimited Tanning at Lionheart Fitness

Free lessons are available by appointment.  Call 814/235-1015 to schedule.
